Controlling what users can do with files

With Box.net, you’ll have significant control over who can access your content and what they’re able to do with it.

Restrict files to Preview Only or Upload Only. Preview Only allows partners to view a document online, but not download the file to their hard drive.

You will be able to  control which users have access and what content can be shared externally, and can add your company logo to guest login pages and the user interface.

In addition, you can set up a timeline for sharing. Schedule a day when a shared file will be deleted or a shared link will be deactivated, and much much more.
