In the typical office environment, forms are printed at one site and distributed to many areas. eSurvey eliminates the preprinted forms saving significant dollars. Mobile workforce personnel enter information in the same manner as they use in their current system, but using a Blackberry smartphone instead. After creating a form or survey, the same is  automatically distributed to all subscribed employees for that form and they can start working right away.

As the information is collected on the field,  eSurvey can also recognize certain responses and trigger an action with Twitter, SMS or a structured e-mail , based on the data contained on the form.

IT is the biggest winner using eSurvey because the tools are easy to use and require little training for IS support personnel and no training at all for end users. IT can now implement mobile forms throughout the enterprise without any dedicated personnel or even empower end users to do it by themselves. In case of a particular need, data reports can be printed on demand.
