When adding a question with eSurvey you will have this screen

Each answer of your Survey or Form can be posted as a Tweet
At the Question design level, please select "Settings"

Then proceed to select a Twitter Service created at the Service Settings screen
This Twitter Service will instruct eSurvey to which Twitter account will the answer be posted and on which modality ( post, reply or direct message )

Last, proceed to assemble your tweet post by selecting a concatenation of the parameters

PIN - will replace it with your Pin number on decimal characters
Date - will replace it with today's date
Hour - will replace it with today's time
Survey Title - will replace it with survey name
Question - will replace it with the question text ( watch for your question text since eSurvey will only post the first 140 characters )
Answer - will replace it with the answer ( watch for your question text since eSurvey will only post the first 140 characters )
