Search the FAQ for entries containing:
In the Main Screen - go to Create Survey Option
Hit the Enter Key- and you will see this Screen
Press the Menu Key - and Select Create New Template
JUMP TO FIRST LETTER TRICK- Type the first letter of a menu, list or drop-down item to jump down to it.
Type the Survey Name
Scroll to Create Survey Option and click Enter Key
Congratulations - You have created a Survey/Form Template
Now you need to Create the Question of your Survey
Press OK
