Now you’re ready to build your first Survey / Form.

From the list of exisiting templates on the Create Survey screen - scroll to the name of the Survet / Form you want to edit and click Enter Key

You will be take to a screen that looks like this called " Design Survey :"

 

Scroll to " Add Question "

 

Hit Enter Key, and you will see a screen that looks like this

 

 

You can now  begin by adding your first question  for the Survey / Form

From here, you can begin to add questions by filling out this Screen with all details , saving the Question before leaving the screen and going back to the " Add Question " screen to add another question, and so on.

On this screen, you can edit the question text, the format of the answer choices, the answer text and various other information.

Each question has 5 parts :

1 - QUESTION TITLE 

 This is the name of the question used to identify the same when editing your Survey / Form

We recommend to use One Word that categorizes the question . For instance - Name , Phone, Cell, etc.

2 - TYPE OF QUESTION :

Choose the question type from the side menu

Select  the desired type of question and  click the Enter  button to add these features to the question.

The type of Questions available on Version 1.0.0.XX are :

Choice : These questions only allow a respondent to choose one answer from the answer choices.

Multi-Choice : These questions allow respondents to choose as many answers as they want from the answer choices. Perfect for those "Choose all that apply" questions.

Number : This Question type limits the response to only a numerical answer.

Text : This question allows the respondent to type in their own answer.

Date & Time : This question-type allows you to collect date and time information from your respondents.

Camera : This question-type allows you to capture a picture with the Blackberry's Camera

GPS : This question-type allows you to capture GPS coordinates from the Blackberry's GPS - If the GPS is not available it will capture the Cell ID allowing you to have proximity within a radius of 3 mts

Voice Record : This question-type allows you to capture a voice dictation with the Blackberry

Message Type :  This question type can be used when you want to enter text into the survey without asking a question.

Rating : These questions allow respondents to rate items based on some rating criteria.

3 - QUESTION TEXT :

After creating your question and selecting the desired options for the question, place here the Text that the repondents will read as the Question Text . 

4 - QUESTION DETAILS :

When creating Choice Questions you will need to edit the Choice or Multi Choice answers .

When creating a Numer Question you will need to provide details about the number of digits and decimals . You can learn more of number questions  by reading " How to create a Number Question "

5 - QUESTION SETTINGS :

At times, you might need to send a particular answer to Twitter or other Social Network. By selecting this option you will be able to automate the string structure to be published in Twitter .

Once the questions has been drafted and all options included, the select “Save” to save the Survey/ Form or " Cancel " to cancel all changes.
