Search the FAQ for entries containing:
eSurvey by default creates a default HTML eform with each survey/form that is executed .
The HTML eform gets included as an attachment into your email with the results if within your Survey Settings you selected the option " Send GPS, Picture & Voice files by e-mail "
The Default HTML eform will basically include ALL Questions and Answers of your survey/form , presented in a sequential order

If a particular question has no answer, the the default HTML eform won't include that question in the form
