1 ) Go to "Create Survey" Screen 

2 ) Select the Survey or Form that you would like to Export 

3 ) Click the Menu key and select  "Export Survey"  and you will get the following screen 

4 ) Check mark "Export All" if you would like to export all Forms in your eSurvey account 

Scroll down and position cursor where it says "Insert Pin number "

Enter the Pin number of the Recepient's Blackberry that will be receiving the eSurvey 

For security purposes, if the recipient's pin number is not included, then the recipient  won't be able to Run the Survey or Form 

Enter ALL Pins for the users that will be authorized to view and run that Survey or Form

DISABLED - YOU CAN EXPORT ANY SURVEY 

WITHOUT THE PIN NUMBER

If you are a corporate user that needs exclusive protection or you have more than 10 Users attached you your account, please send us an e-mail to export@CloudMobileForms.com to send you an Security Key Pin. 

Select "Export" and hit the Enter key .

Go to your e-mail application - check for your Outbox and replace the sender with the email group that you would like to broadcast the survey of form
